The majority of dog foods are made predominantly from meat meal and starch rich cereals. However, F-Plan differs because we have replaced a large proportion of the starch rich cereal with ingredients that are naturally high in fibre. Fibre is extremely important to the health of dogs as it aids the movement of food through the intestinal tract by providing bulk. Because we have removed a large proportion of the usual cereals, and opted for ingredients that are naturally high in digestible fibre instead, F-Plan has up to four times the dietary fibre of normal dog foods.

No compromise:

F-Plan is free from wheat and wheat gluten, dairy and soya protein. We do not add any artificial additives such as colours, flavour enhancers and preservatives to the food, and it is made from high quality ingredients only.

Did you know?

One not so well-known fact is that it is quite common for some manufacturers to label the same foods as different diets- even though they are the same food! Some well known dog foods may have a ‘lite’ or ‘weight control’ version in their range which is simply 1% lower in oil, or the ingredients appear to be slightly different in comparison to their ‘standard’ version of the food. Quite simply, due to ‘labelling tolerances’ the two foods could easily be the same product…
